It’s not the actual work you do for your job that is stressful.

What is usually most stressful is the bombardment of pressures that are unavoidable and beyond your control, such as excessive workload, a difficult boss or colleague, poorly managed organisation, ineffective communication, so on and so forth.

Some people are finding it harder than ever to deal with the challenges at work, while others are sailing through with ease. The #1 factor that determines how well you perform under stress is your ability to cope with the stress—not specific job conditions or the amount of pressure you face.

What if you could manage yourself so you can stay focused, confident, and calm despite these everyday stresses? What if you could manage yourself to affect positively those around you and protect yourself from the negative impact of others' stress?

What You'll Discover On this Webinar:

  1. Understand why we NEED stress and how to be CONFIDENT in articulating the key elements to becoming ‘unplugged'
  2. How to RECOGNIZE the warning signs of stress and take EFFECTIVE steps to protect yourself and your team from workload excesses and shifting priorities
  3. How to implement SMALL but SIMPLE changes in your daily habits that create Long Lasting Results to handle workplace stress
  4. 4 tips to REFRESH and ENERGIZE yourself instantly even if you are feeling worn down after a long day
  5. How to find your own personal work / life blend so that you can set aside QUALITY TIME for Family, Friends and most importantly, 'Me-Time'.

So hang on to your seats as Inclusion Specialist, Ruth Cooper-Dickson unravels the secrets to living a longer, healthier, stress-free and well balanced life.
